I just wanted to see if anyone has completed or is currently in the process of completing this program.
I am on my last week of phase one and I feel like I can't possibly make it to the next month.

I've done the ripped in 30 which was challenging but still do-able for me. But these workouts are really hard on my body for some reason. Every single day I wake up and I am SO sore. The soreness even wakes me up in the middle of the night sometimes. I do know that I am in way better shape then I have been in the past and I can do all the exersizes it's just the aftermath of the workout that kills me.

Anyone else with this problem? and what can I do? I really want to finish the three months!!

    Hi. Just finishing week 1. I am sore but not enough to wake me. Maybe you need to do less weight and less reps for a bit. No point in getting so sore you get fed up and then give in.
