30 Day Shred and loose skin

Hey everyone! I started my weight loss at 307.5 pounds. It's been 9 weeks and now I'm 275.5. I knew from the start that being big my whole life, I'm going to have loose skin once I reach my goal. Does anyone know if circuit training Jillian Michaels does in the 30 day shred will help firm up loose skin? Or should I be throwing in some other toning exercises to avoid as much as I can?

I can only speak for myself but I have had twins, and have a pretty bad "stomach flap". When doing the shred, I notice that my stomach definitely tightens up. I just need to stop falling off the wagon and stick with it.0

Not sure of the answer to your question I started the video this am it is circuit training so there is toning involved. Just wanted to give you a shout out and say great job! keep up the good work!0
