why has my weight stopped coming off?

I'm sticking within the calorie amount, I'm at the gym almost everyday.. I'm not doing anything different to what I was doing before..

so why hasnt my weight changed for the last 3 weeks??

I'm losing my motivation now :(

    Exactly what you said.. you're doing NOTHING different. Sounds like you've plateaued and need a change in either diet or exercise routine or both!! Try switching up your workouts, eat different foods or play with your calorie intake

    I havent lost a lb in 3 months.

    Perhaps if you could make your diary open people that have alot of expertise can give you some insight. Do you take your measurements?

    have you re-calculated your calorie allowance based on your new weight?

    The amount of cals you need to lose is obviously different at 200lbs compared to 175lbs....for example.
