Don't forget that muscle weights more than fat !0

Don't look at the scale , you need to mesure yourself. I have gone down 2 sizes and my weight doesn't show it ,as much as i think it should anyway.0

This is totally normal, and for some ideal. While I was doing P90X and now with Insanity the scale really didn't change, but I continue to lose inches. You see, 1 lb of fat weighs the same as 1 lb of muscle; however muscle takes up less room on your body than the fat. So when exercising, hopefully you are replacing fat with muscle which might maintain your weight but definitely affect your overall size do you get it... it's a wonderful thing!
So the moral of the story is, don't stress over the scale. If you need a marker, put the value on your measurements.

i think so , but i do mostly cardio....only little weight work just to tone, therefore could i really be replacing fat with muscle?0
