Need Motivation!

Hello, I am horrible at dieting / exercising but I am getting married in December & REFUSE to wear a size 20 dress! So i have started eating healthy and working out twice a week, a month ago. I've lost NINE pounds! My co-workers tell me it's good, and it's a start but it can be discouraging...guess I want results faster : (

I just need to meet some inspirational people, I live in CT but am open to meeting anyone that can motivate me!

    I too work out twice a week and watch what I eat and I'm going on a cruise next year and don't want to be in a 16 anymore. I lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks... but the scale goes back and forth... I think you just have to stick with it. I think I'm going to talk with a trainer and see if I can't get some meal plans and exercise plan set up for me. I think I will get taped for my measurements too. Hang in there...
