Men and NRoL?

I just ordered a copy of New Rules for Lifting, and, I'm curious if there are any men out there that have used it?

I used to be a big lifter year ago. Now, I'm trying to shed the extra pounds (obviously) but also maintain strength and some size. I guess I'm just curious as to what's in store for me and how it's worked for others.

I can't find it anywhere on a bookshelf around here. Every time I step into any book store, I ask, "do you have NRoL?" And the answer is always the same, "Sorry, back ordered."

It's not every expensive and I enjoy reading different theories and picking out what I agree with. I KNOW for the purpose of fat loss, total body work is essential. I wasn't taught that way, so, I don't really do anything back basic splits, chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and rest.

Since you're not new to lifting I would just grab Starting Strength or 5/3/1, they're both e-books.

Q: "Does anyone like apples and oranges..."

A: "You should try french fries..."

Just get it from Amazon. They've got a whole bunch of the books in that series. Of, if you're dedicated to your local bookstore, they should be able to order it for you.
