Too few calories - night shift

Hey, I have a quick question. I am getting way too few calories because I work nights and I sleep all day, I wake up and eat dinner and then I'm afraid to eat anything over 150 calories at night because I'm afraid that I'm going to gain weight....this is a problem for me because I think I've been starving my body but I've been losing so much weight that I'm afraid to increase my calories....I'm not hungry or anything and my protein has been over 60-70 grams a day but I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Any advice?

There is Intermittent Fasting where you eat all your day's calories in a designated time window. An example would be a 10 hour feeding window with 5 meals to eat (8pm to 6am). That way you get your calories and not have to worry about it. Do a search for intermittent fasting and look into it to see if it would better fit your lifestyle.0
