what up'ing your calories does! I was at 1200 and just this morning I increased my calories to 1560 and I already feel better! More energy and whatnot. Let's hope the weight continues to go down!

That is really good to hear. I don't eat a ton when I am using MFP because I always felt like less is more but I know that my body is just sore and tired from working out. There was one day when I overate and had carbs and stuff at night and the next day I felt awesome and was able to run super good and everything.
Problem is with the preprogramming to think eating less is better it is hard for me to increase calories and not think that I will gain becaue I am at one of my lower weights.
If I increae calorie intake is is possible to not gain weight and just have my body use it where needed? What if the weekends are all bad and filled with calories lol I also don't like to use the scale much because it determines too much of my outlook on life so I just recently weighed for the first time in like 3-4 months.0 -
You sound like me! I was freaking out about the thought of increasing my calories but honestly, at 1200 all I do is think of food. It wasn't fun. The last time i hit a plateau i increased for a few weeks and the weight came off. Then I dropped back down and it came off more. Now I'm stuck. Back up we go!0
