So, I was told about these fruit smoothie/juices by a friend and decided to give them a try. Yum!! Anyone else tried these? Would you consider them healthy?

I, personally, do not consider any juice healthy. By juicing and removing the pulp you remove the fiber. So all you are ingesting is the fructose and no fiber. It serves no purpose. Without the fiber it doesn't even fill you up. All it would do to me is spike my blood sugar and then I would be looking for a cookie to go with it.
If you are going to have fruit you should eat the whole fruit to get all the benefits from it. Or "juice" yourself and leave the pulp in.
Just my thoughts.0 -
To be honest, I give them to my fiancé as added calories to help him *gain* weight. We have a juicer at home, but these work for on the go snacks for him or meal replacements for me if we're completely unprepared (the Naked Blue Machine has 13g fiber per serving but 170 cal... and there are 2 in a bottle).
Healthy-- not really, but eh. You could do worse in a pinch.0 -
They're not void of fiber. They actually have a lot of good stuff in them. I don't make them a staple of my diet but I do use them in a pinch! LOVE Blue Machine!0
