sOMETHINGS gotta GIVE... New plan

PLEASE ANSWER!! I have been at this since January.... I have only lost 15 pounds. Tried different things.... Eating exercise calories, not eating them, restricting carbs, not so much restricting them. I dont eat alot of junk food!!! I eat fruit and veggies kind of on the low side. I guess alot of my intake consists of protein sources. I am considering going on a juice fast after watching fat,sick and nearly dead........ I am afraid though.... How do you all feel about carbs in fruit???? I dont plan to gorge or nothing like that, prob no more than 2-3 cups of strawberries, 1 bananna, 2 apples per day. The rest of the juice plan will be Kale, spinich, basically greens. I plan to still have protein shakes (mine are zero carb, zero sugar). And of course lean meats.... Any opinions PLEASE!!! SOMETHINGS GOTTA GIVE.
