HELP!!! when its around that TOM for me i CAN NOT control my cravings i eat soooo badly
its like i over indulge and i feel good and gulity at the same time i cant explain it but it bothers me to know i dont have discipline during that time. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? WHAT CAN I DO?? :sad: :sad

I find a hard workout at the gym helps me to deal with cravings, but also, eating protein based foods every 3-4 hours, such as hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt with seeds and flax or a handful of nuts and fruit. It also comes down to exerting an iron strong willpower in the end. Others have said that chromium and magnesium supplements can help.0
