Half way there!

I'm going to "toot my own horn" and say YEAH ME. I'm half- way to my goal of losing 41.5 lbs. This morning I weighed in and have lost 21 lbs since starting on June 15th. Slow & steady wins the race, right?

Now - I need your motivation & encouragement to get through vacation & the holidays! Thanks to all my MFP pals for helping me get this far:smile:
