I want to get into some weight training to add variety to my workouts. Right now Im doing yoga, running, and swimming. I am living on a small island with only one gym (at the hotel) with limited equipment. I work 3 days on, 1 day off. On my working days I cant go to the gym because it is closed before and after I go to work. I want to go on the days Im off but dont know what to do. They have free weights and one bar that is usually being used by one of the locals that use the gym and its not that easy to rotate in. There is a Nautilus machine, circa 1989, that has 5 stations,Ii used that once but its definitely not enough Im looking for advice on specific exercises I can do with just free weights and how I should work out. I want to loose weight, tone my muscles, and not add bulk.
Thanks for any help
