I need some MOTIVATION

Im on MFP since 2 weeks and I need some motivation and friends. The motivation I need is to do my 30 minutes workout.

Let me just say, that at first you are just going to have to force yourself to do it...It takes about a month for it to become a routine. After that, you just start doing it...Over time you can even catch yourself going too far, and working out too much....
I recommend finding a hobby that is a workout within itself. For instance, mountain biking, or joining a martial arts class. I started doing brazilian jiu jitsu 3 years ago, and its almost like...cardio for free... I go because I enjoy it...But when I look back.. I have just spent 30 - 50 minutes with my heart rate jumping between 120 - 160 beats a minute...
Find something fun that distracts you from the pain0
