I take a knee instead of wandering about if I feel woozy.0

Happens to me nearly every time. It's kinda fun.
It's very similar to when I used to sing. I took voice in my 20's and would get light headed from all the deep intake of oxygen.

You can breathe more than one in and out cycle per lift. I was working with a personal trainer who had me working to failure and then try some more. So I'd be sitting there pushing with all my might and a lift would take a while. He kept telling me to go ahead and breathe because some times you just need to.
In addition to all the other input, ask yourself if you are eating enough and if you are eating the right micros. I get susceptible to dizziness and light headedness when I haven't been drinking enough water or keeping my calories too low.0 -
