Another Newbie--any advice welcom!

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am trying to lose about 16 lbs. I have had 2 c sections and that is the area that is killing me. I hate the belly flab and am very self conscious about it. Any advice or inspiration is always welcome!

I would say combine MFP with Body for Life.
