    I don't add it, as I consider it to be part of my basic daily activities ^_^. Hahaha. It certainly gets the HR up, but I've heard it isn't that great of a calorie burner... I guess you can wear your HR monitor and find out!

    I know I’m extremely late to the party here. At most in a 2 hour practice you’ll burn 500 calories. At most.
