Yesterday I went way over my calorie limit. I'm wondering if I should try to eat under my 1200 calorie goal for a couple days to make up for going over, or is it better to just continue to stay at 1200 and not go over again?

I never force myself to make-up for a bad day. It makes me feel too stressed out and I end up doing worse again. Also I have gone over my limit once or twice and still lost weight at the end of the week. Don't stress it. Worry about one day at a time.

1200 is already really low. Don't worry about it.

No, to eating under your 1200 plus exercise calories but that's just my opinion. I went over today BIGTIME but I am not worried since it take a lot of calories to gain a lb back, 3500 or something like that;)
