What do you wear to track calories burned?

I need t get some type of monitor to help see where I am at with burning calories as I seem to be stuck and need a better answer. I've just started tracking my food again as well but with the little that I appear to be eating something doesn't seem right (I doubt burn what MFP has for calories burned so I stay under that range if I need to eat into my exercise calories.

So what type of monitor do you wear?
