This February I started the "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" program, and have been pushing through. The past month I've switched over to a CrossFit program. Throughout the past several months, I have also pushed through and chose healthier food options.

There's still work to be done, but getting closer to that 18-20% body fat goal.

Thanks. I've been on quite the body change slide over the past several years. Weight loss -> eating disorder -> body confidence. Weight training has helped quite a bit with that last part.. And others have inspired me to continue working at it.Look at that sexy back!!! Go you! :drinker:0
