Very Active Weekends?

A question for folks who have been doing tracking, etc for a while. I have been finding over the past two weeks some strange trends with my weight patterns. Monday - Wednesday are generally spent being heavier then my official weigh-in day (Friday) and Thursday I generally drop the 2 - 4 lbs by Friday. I looked at my diary (it is open to the public, feel free to look too) and other then drinking a few low cal beers, my total calories stay within my weekly ranges. The only difference is I am usually very active on the weekends, between workouts, playing with the kids, yard work, etc. I see on my reports I am generally always in the total negative net calorie range on the weekends.

I looked at my salt, and while a little higher, it's not enormously higher, so I wouldn't think that would be the cause. I don't log water because I have 0 problems drinking enough water. It's a very rare day that I don't drink at least 1 gallon of water a day, so I don't bother logging it. And I generally always weigh my food, and I log EVERYTHING, so it's not a case of over-eating without knowing it. I don't log all of my activities generally unless they are either over an hour, or something out of my normal habit.

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? I've never tracked my weight before, so this may just be how my body normally operates. I'm not concerned, as I am still overall losing weight. But, if maybe i'm doing something I am not seeing, I can change that so I can do even better.

From what I've learned on this site... You aren't eating enough. To lose weight in a healthy way, you should be eating your allotted calories plus the calories you burn. Yes, I know it seems counter intuitive, but it works. Unless you meet your calorie goal + burn calories, your body will not have enough energy and may go into starvation mode. It's all about calories in vs. calories out. So being on top of logging/weighing everything that goes in as well as what you burn outside of your normal activity is essential. You may also want to check what you have your settings at, so you may want to double check that. Good luck on your journey and you are welcome to add me as a friend.
