Hi! I was recently diagnosed Hypothyroid. I'm having extreme difficulty maintaing healthy weight. Hopefully, I will find some good advice here. = ) I downloaded the kindle app, and am loving the ease of tracking calories/weight. I'm hoping I keep up with it.
