Hey everyone :o)

So, I am mid-way through the BodyRock 30 day challenge and I don't really have a lot othe equipment but recently I spotted something called the JML Iron Gym which is essentially a chinning bar which you hook over your door frame (you don't have to fasten it there permenantly)and then pull yourself up...

Just wondering if any of you guys have this and what you think of it? I don't want to buy a piece of equipment unnecessarily!

Thanks in advance :-p

I have one :) They're ok for starting out with pullups and chin ups. Depending on your door width they can be restricting for wide grip pull ups.

Thanks! So would you recommend it or do you think I could manage without one? I can't just use the actual doorframe as the last time I did that the door kept sticking and wouldn't close properly. What I hear about this Iron Gym is it's not actually putting pressure on the frame?
