Question...
How many calories should we be burning as a minimum a day?
I am on approx 300-500 and it doesn't feel enough.
I know all about eating calories back etc but dont know whats the best amount to burn off a day.

For me it depends what i'm going to be eating for the day... But i try to burn about 700 to 900 calories on a good day ..
It will all depend on you and how your body feels on how much you need to burn... If you feel you need to burn more then burn it it..0 -
I feel that you should just go by what your body is telling you. 300-500 calories sound like a good amount.0

I think this number will change based on what goal you are after and how clean your diet is. For someone wanting to lose weight this number will likely be higher, for someone maintaining, probably less. I think you should consider your goal, consider your appetite and how much time you plan on spending working out, plus what type of working out you do!0
