Extra day off

Just started my second week of Jillian Muchaels Body Revolution.
At the end of last week I was so sore and tired with it all that I was getting fed up. After my day 7 scheduled rest day though yesterday, I felt soooo much better doing it today. I'm therefore considering putting in two rest days on days 4 and 8. Obviously it would take linger to complete the 90 day programme but what do people think.
