I've plateaued in my weight loss. I just can't lose any more weight and I'm still working out and going by my diet somewhat. What's happening?

To be honest...you aren't eating enough dear. I never comment on someones diary.

I struggled with undereating for a long time. Not as bad as you though. I was doing around 800 a day. Sometimes I still struggle with it.

I really think you need to eat more. I know it's scary as heck to eat so much, but it does help and you will lose weight. I was horrified to eat at 1200 (which that isn't even all that much) but I haven't stopped losing weight at all. I average between 1.5-3 pounds a week. I always have at least one really high calorie day and it hasn't effected me at all. I try to eat above 1200 when I work out, but since I haven't been able to work out since my accident I've been keeping it around 1200. Minus a few days the week of my accident because I was so sick from the pain killers I couldn't stomach anything.

That's what happening, the "somewhat" in there. As you get closer to your goal bodyfat %, it becomes harder to lose weight because there is less fat to strip off your body. That being the case, get back into your diet and I bet things will start happening again.

I agree this could be it..

I haven't looked at the last two weeks of your diary, but today I saw a coke in there. NO need to not enjoy treats sometimes (and for all I know you hardly ever do)

I just know that when I plateau it is one of 4 things:

    ~not watching cals/carbs carefully enough
~a reduction in exercise or doing the same old thing
    ~hormonal
    ~salt too high
    ~not enough fiber
