2 Months Later & Still NOT 1 POUND LOST!

HELP! So it's been about 2 months & I haven't LOST 1 POUND !!!! & my inches are still the same !!!! I'm lost as to what I NEED to do. I've heard of people NOT losing weight for a little time because their bodies get use to their new life/diet... BUT THIS IS JUST CRAZY! I've been eating as healthy as I can... I'm ALSO Breastfeeding my 3 month old. So I would have thought that would have helped me some. NOPE! I know I can't always get out & go walking & running. But as a Mom of 2 little ones, & babysitting 3 MORE little ones. I'm ALWAYS on the go! Never really sitting down & ALWAYS doing some thing. IF ANYONE AS ANY HELP, IDEAS, OR JUST ANYTHING THAT COULD HELP ME... I WOULD BE SO HAPPY TO HEAR, & TRY ANYTHING I CAN.

Talk to a doctor before starting any sort of diet ESPECIALLY when you are breastfeeding.

Now, assuming you've done that, get a food scale and weigh everything you eat. Chances are that you are underestimating what you are eating (as most people do) and therefore underestimating your calories and eating too much. If you are doing that already, try to take your activity factor down a bit and see if that helps. Most people will overestimate how much activity they are doing.

Me personally, I target around 1700 calories a day (5'11", 219lbs, male) and I have my activity level set as sedentary because I have a desk job, although I work out 4 times a week and pretty much do nothing but landscaping or construction on the weekends. Gives me a bit of a buffer room in my calories for when I go over.
