Hi my name is Magga and I'm new here ... well not really I created an account about a year ago but forgot about it right away but then I found it again this week hehe :)
anyways I'm a busy busy mom, student and a wife and since I started school (last sept) I have but on about 20pounds and it just makes me sick... I cant stand being like this anymore so I've invested in turbo fire from beachbody and the zumba exhilarate programs (dvd sets) Today I plan on making myself a month calander program. my plan is to loose about 1-2 pounds a week :) I have taken 3 nutrition courses and know how muscles work and how to get the best results so I am not worried about that... the only thing to hold me back is me and I refuse to do this to my body any longer... I've always been a rather fit person and seeing myself now just shocks me... I honestly cant believe I'm looking at myself in the mirror...
bla bla bla haha sorry about that... will someone be my workout buddy?
