Just a quick question

I am on day 7, level 1 of the 30 day shred, I took measurements on day 1 and was wondering if I should take then again after every 10 days or just wait until I am completely done? I want to see if I making progress, which I feel that I am, but then I am afraid if I don't see anything I will get frustrated.....

    go with how you feel. if you think you'll get discouraged, i would wait until you're done. i personally measure every 2 weeks for a challenge group i'm part of on facebook, but when i was measuring just for me, i only did it once a month or every 2 months. :)

    I would only take the measurement if you need encouragement to keep going. If you're feeling better, then no need to confirm it...right? Let the final measurement at the end be a big surprise!

    I swell pretty bad when I exercise. I plan to wait to do measuments until 2-3 days after I finish 30DS and BB.

    I would do it at the end personally. Maybe weigh yourself every 10 days. But it's up to you.
