Question about exercising with an injury

Every other day I do strength exercises and try to do cardio every day. Yesterday while doing push-ups I tweaked something on the side of my neck, kind of behind the trap. It feels very tight and restrictive when I turn my head. Can I still do push-ups and/or bench presses like this? I want to keep exercising, but I don't want to hurt myself either. I think these are the only two exercises I do that effect this muscle all that much. Just for info I do 3 super sets each of the push-ups and the bench press.
Thanks in advance for any input

Back and neck injuries are not something that should be messed with. Of course, a "tweak" probably isnt causing enough pain for a doctors visit, but it could become worse if you push it. I would just rest for a day or two and see how you feel. Do something low impact like a stationary bike for cardio0
