slow progress

Hi , Does anyone eat up to their calories or do people tend to leave a big allowance?
I have using myfitnesspal for about two weeks , I swim every day for at least an hour and most days have about 1,000 calories left which I don't feel need to be eaten.
I feel my progress is rather slow and wonder what I can do to speed it up.!!

The 1,000 left is that after you've eaten a full days worth and than factored in your exercise program? If that's the case that is a GREAT JOB!0

Could you open up your diary for public viewing so we can see what's going on? It's hard to give a real answer when we don't have an accurate view.0

Agreed, any credible answer would need more info.0 -
Sometimes I eat all the calories MFP says I need and some days I still have about 500 to go. It all depends on the day. If I'm hungry, I eat. If I'm not hungry, I don't eat.
How slow are you considering slow progress?0
