I don't know what kind of exercises I should do?

I'm good and clear on the nurtrition part of my weight loss journey but I need to know more in depth what I should be doing... I do not have a gym membership and I don't want one I have weights a jump rump yoga mat with that long elastic band I also have this golds gym over the door system with 3 resistance settings..... (I'm not sure of the name) Here's what I want to do I want to slim down and tone up... Before I had my son I was between 130-145 I am now 180 and I want to loose 20lbs or maybe even 35lbs.. A lot of people tell me "oh you don't need to loose weight" But I feel totally different obviously lol..... Can anyone give me a workout routine PLEASE and Thank you
