LOSE A MILLION INCHES IN AN HOUR!! I CAN'T WAIT!!

haha JUST KIDDING!!!
Actually I'm on maintenance and not looking to lose any inches but i've seen these wraps in all the spas I go to and there's a half off living social for one so a really good deal. I was wondering what some people have thought about them and if these are of any value in terms of providing some nutrition to the skin. Since becoming healthy I have tried different spa things and realize that many like facials and massage really have a nice impact on the body as well as being relaxing (also realized that i absolutely LOVE going to the spa). Was wondering if anyone has had bad experiences? I'm not looking for a gimick just wouldn't mind a different spa treatment if it provides value and I dont come out with like one leg shorter than the other.

    I would like to know too. I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month and realistically I know I won't have as smooth, dimple free legs as I want to. I know these things are temporary but I would like to try it even if the effects only last a day. It will make me feel more comfortable in my dress.

    I know some people have mentioned the It Works! wraps are a scam (as in the company selling them) so it would be nice to hear other products out there.

    From my experience ;
    1. if their detox wraps (seaweed for example) you can expect a raging headache coming out
    2. be prepared to shower after.. you will smell regardless of the wrap
    3. it's caffine and whatever else in the wraps that detox's, plumps, sucks, hides etc.

    Definatly not a long term solution, but it can be relaxing. I am sort of median in my thoughts about them, however personally, the headache isnt worth it.

    is it possibly dehydration that caused the headaches? Massages can cause that too... my friend gets migraines unless drinks a lot of water and I usually prepare for a massage with hydrating before and after. I'm looking for a relaxing experience and maybe if hopefully it providing some detoxing nutrients, etc that maybe my daily lotion cannot (even if just temporary which all treatments are). My body has been good to me so i just like little relaxing rewards :-)
    thanks!

    I've heard that there is no real benefit. I'd skip the wrap and go for a massage instead!!!
