Moobs or man boobs

Anyone got suggestions for getting rid of these? I don't like going to the gym but have some free weights at home and do bike riding and jogging. I hate my moobs :sad:

Keep losing weight they will leave...
PS - mine have gotten a lot smaller since I lost weigh....I'm at an A cup now:laugh:0 -
Lots of cardio - upper body workouts help.. rows, kickbacks, body lifts, military presses, etc... hang in there man! They will fade away with the rest of the fat0

^That's a chest workout that can guide you to increasing the muscle in that area. You can't lose fat in one specific area so the more weight you lose, the more evened out your body will be. You can work on the muscles underneath of the fat called the "pectoral muscles" and that should help as well.0 -
And try not to wear shirts with decals over the moobs! It only draws attention to them! Good luck on your fitness journey. You look great to me! :flowerforyou:0
