Hey everyone. New member here.. I'm 41 ..5'7 weighing 192 pounds. My ideal weight is 140. Please take a look at my diary. I already know I need to include more fruits and vegetables. Everything I eat I make sure to log. Fifteen days in to this.. I do feel better. My routine WII fit plus aerobics....advance stepping, kung-fu , Super hula, island cycling, now twenty minute jogging. This week I've added ten minute jumping jacks every other day. Inspite of soreness I do feel better.. Just wish the scale would go down even a couple of pounds without going back up. Im in this for the long haul. Also looking for encouragement and to be a supporter for those wanting to be healthier. :flowerforyou:
