walking and crunches on a stability ball
also good posture and sucking in your stomach will help as well with the appearance
dont walk on the stability ball......do the crunches on it0 -
whenever you are doing any excercise try and hold the correct posture and hold your stomach muscles in, so you are working them at the same time as the other muscles you are working on.0

Pilates is awsome for posture and abdominal tightening...the thing is that you have to stabilize your core the whole time...you'd be surprised what it'll do for your posture and what your posture will, in turn, do for you abs.0
