Hi everyone,
Do you know if you purchase fresh veggies and wash and cut everything as normal prep work. If you cut them up and then freeze them, will you lose nutrition?
I am asking more as I do make "green shakes" with spinach and kale and other greens. My husband was sooo happy that I was eating a ton of greens he bough 2 bunches of each. Thats A LOT of greens.
Keep me posted!
Thanks![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
