2x 30 day shred?

I am thinking about upping how often i do 30 day shred and do it twice a day. I have a very young son who still naps 2x a day and I have no ability to sneak off to the gym right now. Anyone else do 30 day shred twice? Downfalls to doing it 2x? I have other videos ordered but it will take 1-2 weeks to get here. I also do C25k 3-4 times a week. TIA

  • I think Body Revolution is pretty similar to the 30 Day Shred. It breaks the program down to one cardio session and one strength training session for the day so you pretty much have a 2 a day. This might be something you would be interested in

    My friend and I are doing the shred together, kinda - she's 600 miles away... But we were just talking about doing it twice a day, 3 days a week, once a day 3 days a week and then take saturdays off. I've read a lot of ppl do it twice a day, or do 30 day shred in the morning and the ripped in 30, in the evening.

    I don't see anything wrong with it, but it will get monotonous for sure. Pick up ripped in 30 to mix it up a bit
