Yes - a little under :smile:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 45 minutes on the Elliptical

What would I have done differently? Nothing - I had a good day.

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    Yes - with some to spare

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes and no, didnt finish eating until 8:10pm

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Went running with my husband, and kept up for most of the way!

    What would I have done differently?
    better stretching after my walk/run

    What is today's personal goals?
    Somehow fit in 30 minutes of exercise with studying and class!

    I would have stayed in for breakfast and lunch instead of eating out.

    Stay within my calories and exercise.

    No - went over on calories AND didn't exercise :explode:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did manage to skip french fries for supper

    What would I have done differently? exercised, and less snacking

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise (already did an hour at the Y):smile: .
