Sprained ankle, what now?

So, I've got a sprained ankle and of course, I need to keep it off it as much as possible. BUT I don't want to just sit around and get out of the exercise habit. What can I do?

if you have access to a pool you can swim. You might need to use a leg float if flutter kicking hurts the ankle. And you can still do a bunch of calisthenics. Sit ups, pushups on your knees, lifting weights from a seated position. do you belong to a gym and do they have an arm bike? That's another option.
Hope you heal quickly!0
