    Totally not from GA, but looking at moving to the Atlanta area. Can anyone tell me about Snellville???

    My husband was raised in Snellville and his parents still live there. It's a nice suburb of Atlanta.

    personally I hate snellville.

    I grew up in Moultrie, Georgia: and graduated from Valdosta State University. I spent most of my married life in Valdosta.

    I'm originally from Northern California, but am currently living in the southwest Georgia area! However, my husband was born and raised in northern Georgia, so he is right at home here...lol. I like it so far myself. :)

    Born in Snellville Graduated from Parkview HS and Georgia Sounthern Univ. I am missing Georga Desperately. I have been in VA for the past 7 years.

    For the person that asked. Snellville has changed a lot but still a great place to live. If you have kids look for a home in the Brookwood HS district not the South Gwinnett District. Brookwood is the better School. But really all Gwinnett Co. Schools are great.
