Makes 21 muffins or a two tier 7" cake.

Preheat over 180' and bake for 25 mins.

Sieve all dry ingredients together.

Whisk all wet ingredients together.

Mix dry and wet together and whisk.

Put 2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin case.

    These muffins are seriously really good - I got several other people to try it and give me their honest opinion - they all love it. You can't taste the chilli but it gives you a little tingle of warmth after about the 3rd bite - Try it!!!
