Confusion about food database?

I have been tracking my food consistently since I can't be trusted to wing it! LOL But I have always been told that if a value is 0.any # that you round up to 1 which people pretty much do that. However a nutritunist also told me that if a value is <1 (I hope that is the right symbol for less than)that you have to count it zero. Such as fiber which comes up a lot. I have only seen one food done that way so I end up creating a lot of new foods.
And last but not least, does it bother anybody when the last 4 vitamins are left at 0 when they are on the labels?

If I add a food and any of the values are at 0, I search again, or add it myself. The vitamins wouldn't matter to me much since I don't track those. I wouldn't round up. If the fiber is 0.4, etc. I would enter that as 0.0
