Just a tip....

I was getting bummed out because I hadn't lost weight in two weeks so I double checked how many calories I should be eating(on the website) and it turned out I was eating less calories than recommended so I increased my calories for the next week to see what would happen. I'm happy to say I lost 2 pounds this week!! I was so excited!! So apparently it is true that you need to keep your metabolism up the keep losing weight.( I think that's what happened) Just thought I should let people know it's something to try if you're stuck too!
