question. i started late in the day 10am (2hrs later than my usual time) to be exact. i over slept. lol i just ate lunch at 12ish should i eat another meal the same as my lunch? or just have a huge dinner? i know im going to have a few snacks here n there...

    Meal timing makes no difference. Just eat when you're hungry and stay under your calorie allowance.

    okay thanks for the information.. i just felt bad that i woke up late and fell off my usual schedule that ive been on for the past week...

    Just try to get close to your calorie goal. Even if you can't eat them all today, you can pretty much average them over a week. So you could eat more tomorrow or the next day to help make them up.
