Eating my exercise calories. My daily limit is 1250 calories, I log everything on here except my exercise. I tend to exercise anywhere between 30mins to 90mins a day.
My problem is I feel guilty when I eat them, kind of feel like I worked out for nothing you know?

Can someone please explain to me why it's so important I eat them?
I opened my food diary if anyone wants to take a look at it and give me some advice.

Thanks :)

Also I'm looking for some awesome friends on here, I only have one right now lol

You need to eat your exercise calories because if you don't, you are in danger of starving the systems in your body of the fuel they need to run. Your car uses more gas when you drive it more, does it not? Your body works the same way. My Fitness Pal is designed so that you will eat your exercise calories back- otherwise it wouldn't tell you that you had earned more calories to eat :]
