Hello everyone!

I just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish all good luck with their diets! I am new doing this diet, just started it yesterday. I didn't do so good yesterday but I am doing better today! I do have a question for everyone, do you have to eat all of your calories or is it ok if you don't? I am 25 from Kentucky, I think I will do good at counting my calories. My main problem is having the motivation after work to exercise. Wish me luck everyone!!!
