Cheap Captains chairs??

Reading through a few websites on how to get a flatter stomach and coming across the top two - Bycycle pedal, and Captains Chair I was intrigued at where I can get a cheap Captains chair. I have seen a few around the £130 mark, but was hoping for something half that. Don't know what one is, well imagine a tall armchair with no seat, the arms come to just below the ribcage level, and what you do is push your back against the back of the 'chair', arms on the 'armrests' then lift your knees off the ground to a horizontal position, it means you're supporting all your weight with your arms, but at the same time your stomach tightens up and thus strengthens and 'flattens'.
This would be brilliant for me as the Bycycle pedal seems like too much hard work, so if anyone knows where I can by a ceap Captains Chair or Power Tower/Dip station as they are sometimes called, let me know. Or if anyone has the plans to make one let me know,
Thanks in advance, and best of luck in the weight loss!
