Not new to weighs...I am trying to do research..and it seems a lot of the books are geared to those who have never picked up a dumbell... or used a machine at the gym...I already do weight training almost 5 times a week..with larger amounts(example 20 pound dumbbell on a bicep curl)
Who's got a good resource? Some I have seen Body Sculpting bible.. and the new rules for weight lifting for women..but again some reviews seem to lead me to the newbie weight trainer? I have just fallen in love with weight training...and I'm curious to have a little guidance to push it more...:)
thanks!

Read New Rules of Lifting (for men). If you're doing bicep curls, it's not too basic for you.0
