One serving of this meal (1 cup and a full chicken breast) is 71 grams of protein :) Very filling!!!

For me, one bag of pasta, and one small bunch of broccoli florets made enough for four servings of this.

Ingredients:

Broccoli florets fresh
1 bag of pasta Pasta
Garlic
Chicken breast
Olive oil
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Pasta
Boil pasta and broccoli until cooked well. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining. Drain pasta. Put pan back on stove top at low and add 1 tbs olive oil and 2 freshly chopped garlic gloves. Cook until golden. Put pasta and broccoli back into pan and mix with 1 more tbs of olive oil, the reserved water, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken
In a skillet, cook chicken at medium temperature. I spray canola oil on the skillet to reduce sticking but you can use what you want.

Toss chicken and pasta together. Add some more Parmesan cheese to the top and Voila!
